ORDERING & PAYMENT 

     You can expect a response within 1 business day. Our customer service team works Monday-Friday.  

In an attempt to fulfill all orders within 1 business day, we are unable to make any edits or modifications to an order once it has been placed. However, in the event that a mistake was made while placing your order, you can email us at support@grindevotion.com to submit a cancellation request.

Please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to process your cancellation as long as your order has not been processed at our warehouse.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

     We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days.

     Please note that during sales and holidays, we require 2-5 business days for processing.

     Please email customer service at support@grindevotion.com to let us know. We will take care of any issues with the address and reship your package.

 If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you never received it, please email support@grindevotion.com and one of our customer experience representatives will be able to further assist you.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags. We will pay for the return shipping for all Canadian orders. Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.

     Please note: all sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, leggings, underwear or socks.

Please email support@geindevotion.com and one of our customer experience representatives will be able to further assist you.

  Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to support@grindevoiton.com. From there, one of our customer service representatives will assist you in receiving the correct item.

For the best care, we recommend washing on cold or warm and tumble dry or hang dry.
